Fed up of all of this negativity on social media and the news. If you are self isolating take this time to re boot yourself to come out stronger with new ideas and write lists about what you want to do. I really go by the saying you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone’ and after this appreciate the little things because they really are the big things!

I cannot believe how greedy some people are being in super markets and no doubt a lot of food will be hoarded and wasted, as my friends know I hate waste!

Tonight I’ve had a lovely relaxing bath using @byreuk #gifted body wash made from British whey from cows milk (whey is usually a waste product).

Now is a crucial time to support British farming, British brands and small businesses.
